What happens if im unhappy with my order?

We offer a 14 day money back guarantee on all products for any factory faults. If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to any faults, we will refund the purchase price, replace or provide an exchange .

All goods must be returned at the buyer’s expense and be in the same condition as received, including all original packaging (If Any) .

What happens if my order is taking really long?

Once we ship out your order and it is on its way, you will be alerted to its new status. If however your order doesn’t arrive during the indicated time-frame, please let get in touch and we will further investigate.

Please understand that it is normal for delays to occur during busy times and holiday periods. If you order is running late, we ask that you wait an extra 7 days just to be safe.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, a PDF invoice will be emailed to you after you place an order.
